Our Leaders
Pastor
Pastor Thomas Gold: Pastor Thomas came to Community Church in fall of 2009, and has been in full-time ministry since 1999. He received his BA from Liberty University and his MA from Bethel Seminary. He has served in many ministry areas such as preteens, outreach, college, marriage and adult teaching/preaching. His primary passion is to shepherd people into discovering the hope and joy of a radically Gospel-centered, Bible-saturated passion for the supremacy of Christ. Thomas’ primary place of shepherding is his family. He was wed to Janice in 1998. Together they chase their children (Caleb, Nathan, Hope, Abigail) toward loving Jesus amidst the flurry of household activity. His hobbies are loving Janice creatively, being a dad, reading, basketball and being outdoors. Janice enjoys laughing, socializing, reading, family outings, chocolate and working out. The family likes being thrifty, animals/nature, cheeseburgers, Facebook and naps. They dislike too much TV, being stuck in the house too long and when playtime ends.
